An Aura is the energy field that surrounds every body & every thing.

All things have energy and when you can see or feel an Aura, you can see or feel the energy of that thing. When you first start to see Auras you will simply see the white light around the figure (person, animal, plant, thing.) With practice and clarity that white will begin to change colors. Each color you see around living beings represents something different. Below you will find a detailed list of all the Aura colors and what it all means. These descriptions will help you understand people more and it is a great psychic tool!

I’m sure now you are asking, “Okay Elena, how do I see Auras?”

Well, remember those Magic Eye pictures way back in the 80’s? The ones you bought at the flea market that the picture jumped out at you after you relaxed your eyes? THAT’S HOW!

Relax your eyes fully, almost like you are crossing them and you will begin to see the colors of the Aura jump out at you just like the Magic Eye pictures. But don’t look directly at the Aura light because then it will disappear. Just focus on the figure and view the colors around it. It’s hard to explain in words, but once you get it you will understand what I am saying. And of course, with practice this will become much easier.

Also, some of us will find it easier to FEEL Auras rather than see them. Instead of seeing pink around her heart, you feel the pink around her heart. I suggest trying both ways and notice what is best for you.

*A great practice technique is to use Red & Blue paper. These 2 colors have very specific Auras. Around the Red paper you will see green aura light. Around the Blue paper you will see yellow aura light. As you practice the colors will be come more and more vibrant.

Enjoy practicing and if you have questions, just ask!
