*Due to my schedule becoming increasingly busy with more and more beautiful souls that need my guidance & healing, I have been told by my Angels it is time to update my business policies. It is my commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience for everyone that connects with me. All of these policies are written out of consideration to myself, to my wife, to my wonderful clients and, of course to the Angels.
I thank you all in advance for honoring these policies.
Policy 1: Elena’s Office Hours
I will be taking appointments, giving phone consultations and replying to your texts, emails & calls ONLY during the hours of: 9am-5pm: Monday-Saturday* Sunday is my only day off from communication. I will still take cancellations and have appointments for readings & sessions on Sundays as requested & if my family schedule permits*
Policy 2: Appointments, Time & Payments
If you need to work with me longer than your scheduled appointment, if my schedule allows, additional blocks of time can be purchased & added to your hourly rate. These blocks of time will be divided from the total cost of the service you booked per hour, regardless of any discount or promotion.
*Full payment is due upon booking your appointment. Extra time purchased is due upon completion of your appointment.
**No one will be penalized if I am running behind schedule. And I will be sure to make it up to you in the future if time does not permit the day of your appointment.
Policy 3: Text Time & Payments
If you need to have a text conversation with me outside of your booked appointment, you will be charged at a rate of $1 per 1 minute of texting. I am finding more and more of my students are in need of extra help between sessions and I want to offer that help while still honoring myself, my family & the Angels.
*This “Text Time” payment is due upon completion of our text conversation. I will also take a larger payment in advance and subtract from your sum as we text. Whatever is best for you!
**When texting to schedule your appointment you will NOT be charged the “Text Time” fees.
Policy 4: Late Arrival
Late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. If my schedule will allow, I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointments. This will be at my discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged. Example: If your booked time is 5:00pm and you don’t arrive until 5:15pm…then your session will end at 6:00pm, unless there is more time to purchase. If my schedule does not allow for extra time, you will lose those 15 minutes at your hourly rate.
**Dangerous weather and ABSOLUTE emergencies will be the only exceptions to this policy**
Policy 5: 24 Hour Cancellation
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You are responsible for the full price of your scheduled service if you do not show for your appointment or call to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your designated time.
*If my schedule allows, and you are able to change your appointment time, the same day of your appointment, then I will not charge you the fee.
Example: If your appointment is at 9am on Monday, and you call or text me at 12pm Sunday to cancel, you will have to pay for the time you booked. I will strictly adhere to this cancellation policy out of respect to my other clients, myself & the Angels; who have prepared this time for you to the best of our abilities.
**Dangerous weather and ABSOLUTE emergencies will be the only exceptions to this policy**
Policy 6: Frequent No Show, No Notice
Clients who fail to show or provide advanced cancellation notice for appointments will be asked to prepay for future services. They will also not receive a new booking until payment is made in full.
Policy 7: Payments & Bounced Checks
Elena Swan will accept cash, checks, electronic payments and gift certificates. Full payment is due upon booking of appointment. Clients will be fully responsible for any bounced check fees. Elena will inform you immediately after she is notified by the bank. The previous payment & fee is due upon your notification. Elena will accept cash or a new check, dropped off or sent in the mail.
Connections with Elena clients have the following rights and responsibilities:
To a clean, safe, peaceful and comfortable environment to learn, heal & grow.
To be treated with consideration, dignity and respect always.
To communicate their preferences, expectations and concerns.
To reserve an appointment in advance in order to ensure availability; however, I am always delighted to accommodate you on short notice if I have an opening.
