Read More »We are now in the season of Lent. This is a time where religion tells us to “give up” things that make us happy humans for 40 days. I’ve seen giving up chocolate, sugar, ice cream chemicals, bread; usually it is food based things people choose to give up or material things.
Well I am hoping you like my message from our Angels suggesting that we “give up” other things that are bad for us! Not only as humans, but as souls.
Can you do that? Are you ready?
For Lent 2015 I am “giving up”
Not honoring myself
Being judgmental
Self doubt
Self deprivation of love
Hurting myself
Hurting others
Not taking a moment before I speak
Not speaking my truth
Not helping a fellow soul in need
Not believing in myself
Not healing or helping Mother Earth

Not listening to my own intuition
Not seeing the signs

Maybe if we all take a bit of time to be extra mindful of what we are doing to ourselves and others we can truly have peace, joy and ultimate love in our hearts and on this beautiful Earth where we live.

When is the last time YOU asked for help?
You know how I always say, Just ask the Angels for help and they will help you? Well I would like to share a little story with you from a couple months ago when they sure did help me! Why did they help me, because I asked ohhhh did I ask! I had a bit of car trouble with my baby sleeping in the backseat in the pouring rain & the Angels sent help! In the form of Earth Angels!
The first man was Dennis, the owner of the building in the parking lot my car kept stalling in. He pulled over to make sure I was ok and told me to go inside and ask for help from his employee Danny “a real car guy.” Dennis went a step further and called Danny himself and told him I needed help and he promptly came outside. I swear as soon as Danny got involved the car was cured! He still got in and rode around the parking lot with me for a while. I learned he is expecting his first baby in June and he fell in love with his girlfriend at first sight, soul mate! Ahhh it turned out to be such a pleasant encounter…blessing in disguise 😉
And as soon as I made it home I THANKED MY ANGELS!
So I am encouraging YOU to call your Angels when you need help! I promise they will be there, somehow <3

Make it great! See these amazing things as your special gifts, because you have done so well and you deserve a reward, we all do. Being a lightworker on this human Earth is not an easy job! That is why God has given us his Angels to help us, because we need it! We need the help! So accept it. Accept the help, the assistance, the encouragements from your Angels. Accept it now, this year and then watch yourself FLYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!

Do you agree?
It was 2 years ago today when our Earth experienced the big “Rise of the Consciousness.” I asked my Facebook followers some big questions and I promised to share my answers as well. So here they are!
*And Please feel free to answer all or some of these questions in the comments below. Oh, and add any questions YOU have too!
1. Do you still feel like we are rising?
I feel like we will always be rising, changing and growing because that is our main purpose as souls.
I do feel like Earth is still rising as well. Earth is changing dramatically nowadays! Between the weird weather, like the tornado in LA question mark, question mark! What was that Mother Earth? LA is the city that has perfect weather always, or I guess it used to be? Sighhh, change is tough to deal with but I feel as a human race we are doing VERY well. We always rebuild and bounce back from these tragedies, and for that we should feel proud.
2. Do you still feel like YOU are rising?
Me? Oh yes! I am constantly rising my vibration! My big sign is when I get vertigo lol, that, I have been told by the Angels, is my gift! Gee thanks! Lol…I am actually quite thankful for the vertigo. And I’m even more thankful to now know it is my big sign of my rising vibration. I actually learned that when I woke up with vertigo on my birthday in March last year, 2013, ha! Right after the big Rise! I never actually put that together till just now! Ohhhh those Angels are so tricky!
3. Are you still figuring out our higher vibrating world?
Yes! I am still trying to keep up with all that is happening and trying to educate others too. I don’t watch the news because I just end up crying for the world, for our human race. Instead I send out love and light everyday to those in need. I do wonder about and pray extra hard for those humans that can’t seem to find their way through the Rise yet…People who are just zooming through the roads…Taking others lives through violence…and those simply not caring about everyone or anyone else. Yes, those souls get my extra prayers and healing light.
4. Is it all starting to level off and bring us to peace?
Yes. I was told by the Angels that after we rose, it would take about 5 years to level off and balance out again. So we are only in year 2 of that 5 year message! We shall see what happens in 3 years though.
5. Or are we still in chaos?
Yes, I feel the Earth will, unfortunately, always be in some level of chaos. That’s why God has awakened so many souls! And why there is a new yoga studio, meditation teacher, Reiki circle popping up everywhere! BECAUSE WE NEED IT! The more people we can teach to spread peace, love and light the better I say! That is one of the reasons why I teach people to develop their Spiritual gifts. And I encourage them to go on and do the same.
6. Will we ever have true peace on Earth or is Earth not a place where world peace can be achieved, ever?
True peace on Earth? Wow that is a loaded question huh?! I feel every planet is deserving of peace. Will Earth ever achieve it with the human race on it, now that is the real question. I’ll tell you one thing, we are going to need MANY MORE Spiritual teachers and students to achieve world peace! But if everyone on this planet did just a tiny bit of their own part toward the cause of peace, we could certainly achieve it, eventually.

Do you dread this Dentist chair?
I would venture a guess and say most of us do not enjoy going to see the dentist. Most of us probably avoid it like the plague and sometimes until it’s too late.
Today I would like to share how I get around the dread & pain, with the hopes of helping YOU! I want you to walk out of there feeling healed instead of feeling hurt!
I realized as I got older my Mother was a Godsend for me. She had all 4 of us kids in that dentist chair every 6 months like clockwork! It was not until I saw how a lot of my friends’ teeth were not as healthy as mine, did I thank her for all her efforts. “No cavities Mom!” I would call to tell her excitedly.
I’m not saying I have not had my share of problems in that chair, oh contraire! I had a pallet expander that expanded my jaw so much that you could fit in an extra big front tooth in my mouth! Can you say painful?! After that lovely experience I had 4 years of braces including a night gear apparatus that was SO uncomfortable to sleep with. Whew! Glad those days are long gone!
But I digress from my original reason I wanted to write this Blog post with my awesome teeth memories…I wanted to encourage you all to try what I do to get through that unpleasant time. I use my spiritual techniques of course!
Here’s a short list of things I do:
1. I breathe my essential oils in and out when I’m in the waiting room preparing myself to be calm and at ease while in the chair. And I bring those deep breathing techniques to the cleaning. Breathing can help you get through SO much.
2. I hold my healing crystals while I’m worked on. My favorites for the dentist are green calcite and amethyst. But I suggest you just look at your crystals and ask which ones will be right for you!
3. Instead of seeing water shoot out of the scrapping tool, I see white light coming out! And as it does it’s healing my teeth not hurting me.
4. And when it’s really bad, I will meditate and see myself in another place, like the beach or the forest. I’m not being tortured in this chair, I’m swimming with the dolphins or running around with the horses.
I know it may sound a bit outlandish to do allllll this for a dentist appointment, but my feeling is why not?! Why not use all the spiritual techniques I have learned to help myself wherever I may be?
Give it a try! Because you know that dreaded visit is coming around again soon. And please let me know if anything works for you in the comments below. Also if you have any other suggestions for us to try! I will gladly share them for all of us to benefit.
